RESPONSE HANDLING

We can manage any returned mail, plus we can handle the responses your campaigns generate. We receive responses by post, mail, fax, email, and via the internet. For some clients we simply capture data and for some we also fulfil orders on the back of the response. We can manage full campaigns or ad hoc campaigns, providing full reports of responses on a daily and campaign level. We also manage returned catalogues where the addressee has gone-away.
